Delivery
Delivery times will vary due to the nature of the piece you choose. Original pieces, ready to order, will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Archival prints take a little longer due to the printing process but we aim to get these packed and shipped within 10 working days.
Commissioned pieces will have a timescale contractually agreed by both you and the artist, but finished works will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Seasonal cards are printed in packs of 10 and are 'on demand' basis. They will take 7-10 working days to reach you, so please allow yourself enough time by ordering these as early as possible so as not to miss the event date.
Delivery costs are £5.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and orders containing multiple items will remain at this. If your commission is a larger piece we will work out delivery in our contractual discussions.
Any purchase over £100 will be sent with free delivery.
Returns & refunds
Each piece has been lovingly and expertly created by the artist and, as such, should be treated to love and kindness (maybe a hot chocolate and a fluffy kitten too). As every piece is unique and original no refunds will be offered so please make certain you choose the right piece. Similarly, archival prints are professionally and masterfully rendered, they are also signed and numbered, no refunds will be given here either.
